I ordered from beautifulyu.com and was happy with how fast everything showed up. My package arrived within a few days, and everything was in good shape. It wasn’t next-day delivery or anything, but it was still quicker than I expected, so I was definitely satisfied with the experience.

I reached out to support and ended up waiting days for a reply, which was frustrating. At first I figured they were just busy, but after a while I was like... okay, is anyone actually there? Not the worst experience ever, but wow, the response time really needs work

It just feels way too expensive for what you actually get. I don’t really think it’s worth the price.

I ended up ordering after coming across beautifulyu.com online, but the site gave me a bit of a weird feeling. Some of the info seemed kind of vague, and I couldn’t really find enough solid details about the company, which made me wonder, is this legit??

My order did show up, so I’ll give them that, but the communication was slow and the tracking wasn’t very clear. Maybe other people wouldn’t mind, but for me, the trust just wasn’t really there. Would I buy again?? Probably not without thinking it over first.

The product itself was really nice and looked just like the pictures. It doesn’t feel cheap at all, and overall I’m happy with what I got. That said, if there was an issue with the order or communication, I would’ve appreciated at least a quick apology.

I’m still waiting for my order and haven’t gotten any real updates about what’s going on. It’s frustrating to be left in the dark like this, especially after expecting it to show up on time. At this point, I’d really appreciate some kind of compensation or at least a clear explanation and resolution

I was a little nervous ordering this shade because I was doing it from my bathroom lighting at like 11pm, but it matched my skin better than I expected. It might be just a tiny bit warm on me, but once I blended it out it still looked really good and totally wearable.

I was able to check out okay, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience. The pages did load kind of slow though, which made the whole thing feel less smooth, even if the actual ordering part worked in the end.

Umm, I really like the texture, it feels nice and smooth on my skin. The scent is okay, but it’s a bit stronger than I expected

I ended up needing to return something I ordered, it was easier than I expected. I just emailed them, sent the item back, and waited a few days for the refund to come through. There wasn’t any hassle or back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with how the return was handled.

I have sensitive skin, so I was a little nervous ordering from Beautiful Yu. I thought maybe it would, actually, I was worried it might make my skin burn or get those weird dry patches. But everything I tried felt fine. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and my skin looks calm and normal, which is all I wanted. Happy with it.

The box showed up crushed and beat up, like it had been tossed around a bit during shipping.
